How to register your door
Registration card
When your door is fitted, you will get a homeowner pack. Along with really important care instructions there is a registration card. Complete this card within 28 days of installation and post it straight to Door-Stop. You do not need to send this to your installer.
Online
Visit www.door-stop-doors.co.uk/guarantee within 28 days of having your door installed, complete the online form and hit submit.
How is the installer / installation company involved?
The Door-Stop Secure Guarantee is a promise straight from Door-Stop to you. The installer does not need to be involved in either the registration or claims process.
How are claims made?
As with any crime, you need to report it to the police immediately. Then when they have investigated and provided a crime number, let us know in one of two ways.
Claim form
Along side the registration card in your homeowner pack, there is a claim form. SImply complete this and send it straight to Door-Stop.
